a. 飾品為貼身物品，基於保護消費者個人衛生，售出商品恕無法提供退換貨服務。依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第2條規定，拆封或配戴後恕不接受退貨，購買前請詳閱商品資訊。
Important Notes on Returns：For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry items are considered personal accessories and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold. According to Article 2 of the “Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales,” returns will not be accepted once the product has been unsealed or worn. Please read the product details carefully before making your purchase.
b. 若拆封後，並未經配戴發現的重大瑕疵（不包含經由運送過程造成的商品瑕疵），請於收到商品3天內拍照聯繫客服。確認商品瑕疵後將協助您退貨。
If you discover a significant defect (excluding damage caused during shipping) after opening but without wearing the item, please take photos and contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. Upon confirming the defect, we will assist you with the return process.

a. 7-11交貨便運費：退回寄件運費由寄件方先行支付，品牌方確認收到退貨商品，並檢查無損壞後，將退等值的購物金至註冊帳戶。
7-ELEVEN Delivery Service：To return an item via 7-ELEVEN, the return shipping fee will need to be covered by you first. Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in good condition, we’ll add equivalent store credit to your registered account.b. 信用卡付款：品牌方確認收到退貨商品，並檢查無損壞後申請退款。平台退款作業約3個工作，款項實際退回帳戶時間依各個銀行作業程序而定。
Credit Card Payment：Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be undamaged, a refund will be processed. The platform typically completes the refund within 3 business days, but the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.c. 7-11，全家貨到付款：品牌方確認收到退貨商品，並檢查無損壞後，以轉帳方式退款至您提供的銀行帳戶中。
7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart Cash on Delivery：Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be undamaged, a refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide.
